    • 200 g paneer, cubed

    • 2 tablespoons butter

    • 1 tablespoon oil

    • 1 cup tomato purée (from fresh or canned tomatoes)

    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

    • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

    • 1 teaspoon garam masala

    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

    • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or substitute with milk for a lighter option)

    • Salt to taste

    • Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish

    • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi), optional

Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds let them splutter the chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.   • 1 bell pepper (capsicum), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Paneer tikka is a simple and quick recipe first of all we should prepare the masala mix to marinate the paneer cubes. Take a blow and add all the ingredients  mentioned in the above list and make sure we should marinate the paneer for at least 15mins. Take barbeque skewers and add the marinated paneer and bell pepper. After that pre-heated the grilled pan add butter cook on medium flame and turn the paneer.
